Fitness is the level of vitality that keeps a living creature healthy in all its capabilities. The level of fitness varies from the type of the species and the age of the species. When a creature is healthy and can exercise all its capabilities without much stress, it is said to be in its maximum level of fitness. Everyone in the world needs to maintain their levels of fitness to become fully capable in their everyday chores and tasks.

There are different types of fitness to measure the health of a living being. Some of the types of fitness are mentioned below:
